1. Can I make changes to my order?

   You cannot amend an order after it has been placed. Planet Organic UK will accept cancellations within one hour of placing your order. Planet Organic UK is not able to cancel your order any later than this. You can return any unwanted non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.

2. How do I return an item?

   If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please visit our contact us page and get in touch, and Planet Organic UK will arrange your return. If you have received a non-perishable item that you no longer want, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow between 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.
