The break-even points are simple. The 15% code and the $30 code are worth the same at $200, so on a pair of Spotter Arms at $129.99 the $30 code takes it to $99.99, while 15% saves only about $19.50. Go past $200 and 15% wins. On the B52 Standard at $1,119.99, 15% saves about $168, but if 07DEAL covers that machine, $300 off brings it to $819.99. The $300 code beats 15% on anything under $2,000. On the B52 EVO at $2,999.99, 15% is worth about $450, so LUKESGARAGEGYM is the one to try first. The 5% codes only beat the flat $30 above $600, and they’re really just a fallback if a bigger code gets refused.
What Major Fitness sells and what it costs
The core range is all-in-one Smith machines. The B52 Standard is listed at $1,119.99 (down from $1,499.99), the B52 PRO at $2,449.99, the B52 EVO at $2,999.99 and the Heritage Series B17 Flying Fortress at $3,999.99. All four are sold as 5-in-1 units that combine a power rack, Smith machine, cable pulley, pull-up bar and landmine. Around them sit F22 and Lightning F35 power racks, the AH64 Apache Bench (from $399.99), a leg press/hack squat machine from $1,099.99, the Drone R1 rowing machine at $699.99, plus plates, bars and attachments.
Smaller items start low. Barbell collars run from $29.99, dip bars are $69.99 and spotter arms are $129.99, so a first order doesn’t have to be a four-figure one. Accessories mostly fall between about $30 and $400, and the machines between roughly $1,100 and $4,000.
There’s also an HSA/FSA route through TrueMed that covers power racks, Smith machines and all-in-one trainers. It involves a short health questionnaire reviewed by a licensed medical professional, and the brand says it can save up to 30% by paying with pre-tax money. On a machine at this price, that’s worth checking before you reach for a coupon.
Buying direct versus Amazon and dealers
Major Fitness has an Amazon brand store, and dealers such as FitnessZone, At Home Fitness, Fitness Exchange and Fitness Depot also stock the B52. The prices we saw favoured the official site. An Amazon search listing showed the B52 at $1,199.99, compared with $1,119.99 for the B52 Standard on majorfitness.com, and Fitness Depot was reported listing the B52 Pro at $2,599 against $2,449.99 direct. Those third-party figures came from search listings, so check them yourself.
Buying direct has another advantage: the codes above only work at majorfitness.com, and so does the brand’s free 365-day warranty, which covers items sold on majorfitness.com.
When Major Fitness runs its sales
The Fall Fitness Sale is on now. It takes $250 off the B52 PRO with no code and adds a free hoodie and tee gift set on orders over $2,000. Black Friday is the bigger event: the brand keeps a permanent Black Friday collection, and one past Black Friday sale ran from 2 November to 1 December with up to 20% off across the range. There’s also a dedicated Memorial Day sale page, so late May is worth watching if you’re not in a hurry.
Shipping and returns
Standard shipping is free on everything, with no minimum spend. The catch is where it ships. Major Fitness delivers to the contiguous United States and Australia only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and military bases. In-stock orders ship within 2 to 3 working days by UPS or FedEx, and most arrive within 10 days. The site currently warns of delays because of high demand, and the address can’t be changed once an order has shipped, so check it before you pay.
Returns are accepted for any reason within 35 days of delivery, but the item has to be unused and unmarked, in its complete original packaging. If you’re returning it for your own reasons, you pay the return shipping, which is worth thinking about for a crated Smith machine. Start a return by emailing support@majorfitness.com before you send anything back. Refunds are issued within 3 working days of the item arriving at the warehouse.
